Just a short drive from Sydney and some of my favourite bushwalking, this is a getaway that includes a bit of everything. A 3 hour hike followed by spa treatments and then dinner at the award winning Darley’s restaurant will certainly be on the agenda. It is quiet and romantic with beautiful scenery and a splendid high tea lounge if it rains.

I have staying at this amazing luxury camp and its so beautiful and tranquil and the food is splendid. Just 21/2 hours drive from Sydney and close to the crystal clear waters and white sands of Jervis bay. 2 nights in the King Deluxe Safari tent with me and this includes 3 course dinner, full breakfast and use of facilities such as canoes and SUP boards and complimentary Wifi in the Gunyah.

Lunch by seaplane : Take off from Rose Bay’s Seaplane Terminal late morning and be wowed by a bird’s eye view over Sydney Harbour, travelling up Sydney’s famous golden beaches before landing at The Newport in time for lunch at Bert’s or to Cottage point inn, nestled on the banks of Hawkesbury River.
A lunch menu of 4-5 courses awaits before we head back to the Intercontinental Hotel in double bay for 2 hours of play.
